About

MyAfricanDiaspora.com was born out of an intense desire to bridge the gap between peoples of African descent separated by the Trans-Atlantic slave trade. The digital age has provided us with the ability to do this via the use of an interactive technology based news and information network.

Vision:

Forging business and interpersonal connections throughout the African Diaspora and the African continent will serve several purposes:

  • Relationship building

  • Information and Skills exchange

  • Awareness and Education

  • Economic Empowerment

  • Bring focus to charitable causes

Our goal is to blur the lines of our current separation by eliminating myth and stigma and replacing it with the combination of our combined knowledge and talents. Connect with the African Diaspora via:

  • The MyAfricanDiaspora Forum – meet, communicate, connect
  • The MyAfricanDiaspora Business Directory – locate black businesses around the world
  • The MyAfricanDiaspora Blog – read, comment and enjoy
  • News, Arts and Feature Articles focusing on the African Diaspora – find out what’s going on with black people in your community and around the world
